One by one the principles of the revolution are abandoned, until the animals have even less freedom than before. Ein augenöffnendes Buch. Nur selten habe ich so sehr gemerkt, dass man mich zum Nachdenken bringen will, wie in einer Geschichte, wo Schweine anfangen eine Farm unter Kontrolle zu haben. Diese bitterböse Allegorie auf Macht, Kontrolle und Verrat, wo Tiere zu Menschen werden, und andere Tiere langsam unterdrücken, ohne, dass es die anderen überhaupt erst merken… Gruselig. Und erschreckend aktuell. Sollte weiterhin zur Pflichtlektüre gehören.
