Pascal Girard, geboren 1981 in Jonquière, entwickelte schon früh die Gewohnheit, seine Hefte und Kalender mit Zeichnungen zu füllen. Heute lebt er in Quebec City und verfolgt eine Doppelkarriere als Illustrator und Comicautor. Seine frühen Werke wurden 2006 auf dem Festival de la bande dessinée francophone de Québec ausgezeichnet.
