Wer gern die Welt der Shadowhunter und Schattenwesen abtaucht, wird auch in dieser Serie von Cassandra Clare nicht enttäuscht. Es werden neue Blickwinkel der Schattenwelt betrachtet, neben einer bittersüßen Liebe, den Werten der Schattenjäger und natürlich der Jagd nach Dämonen. Doch mein Favorit an Cassandra Clares Büchern ist und bleibt der stetige Besuch von bekannten und liebgewonnen Charakteren in ihren Geschichten.
