Aim for sustainable growth

The book examines Belarus' presidency in the Commonwealth of Independent States, highlighting its efforts to enhance economic growth through a free trade zone and cooperative agreements. In 2021, under Belarus' leadership, significant progress was made towards a draft agreement on free trade in services, aimed at fostering sustainable development in the region. The positive macroeconomic indicators achieved during this period reflect Belarus' commitment to strengthening ties with both post-Soviet countries and broader international partners, culminating in a planned signing of the agreement in May 2022.
