Despite having an Integrated Management System, the company lacks tools to evaluate quality costs, hindering its ability to identify issues and improve profitability. Through a comprehensive study and extensive literature review, the research outlines conclusions and recommendations aimed at enhancing the company's efficiency and effectiveness.
