Focusing on George Polya's Methodology, this research explores its application to enhance academic performance in mathematics through a quasi-experimental design involving control and experimental groups in Colombian schools. The study aims to improve students' logical thinking and metacognitive skills, demonstrating that Polya's phases stimulate reading comprehension and motivate problem-solving in context. Additionally, it encourages educators to adopt diverse teaching techniques beyond traditional methods, ultimately leading to better academic results and institutional test performance.
