Prisna

Set in 1938 Phra Nakhon, Thailand, the story follows a young Siamese girl named Prisna, who returns home after being raised in America. As the youngest daughter in a traditional family, she challenges societal norms with her outgoing and independent spirit. Prisna's initial disdain for the revered Prince Puthpreecha evolves into a deeper understanding as they confront their misconceptions about each other. The narrative explores themes of love, gender roles, and cultural identity against the backdrop of a changing society.
