Set twenty years after the expulsion of Hengest and his followers from Britannia, Childric seeks vengeance and aims to reclaim "Angleland." Aware that Merlin poses a significant threat to his plans, he enlists the help of the Angle wise woman, Morwei, to conjure an illusion of the Holy Grail.
