Safiyyah's War

Set against the backdrop of Nazi-occupied Paris, the story follows Safiyyah as her life transforms amidst war and fear. With her best friend’s family gone and her father arrested for his involvement in the Resistance, she takes on the perilous task of running errands in the city. As she encounters hundreds of persecuted Jews seeking refuge at her mosque, Safiyyah must summon her courage to navigate the dangerous catacombs beneath Paris to lead them to safety, highlighting themes of bravery and resilience in the face of adversity.
