A novel computer system is presented for predicting outcomes of strabismus surgeries, integrating diagnostic data and treatment histories into a simulation model. Utilizing a biomechanical approach, it offers an interactive virtual surgery experience that forecasts results based on objective measurements. The software features realistic 3D visualizations of the eye and its muscles, enhancing the evaluation of motility disorders. While not a substitute for clinical diagnostics or surgical skills, it aims to enhance education, training, and the precision of clinical decision-making through simulation and graphical analysis.
