San Francisco, May 1942. Four months after the attack on Pearl Harbor. The city prepares for a possible attack by Japanese forces in retaliation for the Doolittle raid on Tokyo in April. The German American president of the local America First Committee is shot, execution style, in his Ferry Building Office. Is a radical Zionist group responsible for the murder?
