Once, individuality was celebrated, but the Superiors, who govern the cities with an iron grip, are determined to forge a 'raceless' race to prevent future conflicts, viewing any deviation as a threat that must be eradicated. They wield immense power, seen as superheroes by the public, yet their actions reveal a darker agenda. As they exploit young girls for a secret breeding program, they remain oblivious to the friendships that form in the shadows. One man, however, is resolute in his mission to rescue a girl caught in their web, igniting a fight against the oppressive regime.
