Isn't an addiction of holding on to someone or something unhealthy for a human being? Isn't being addicted to 'giving too much' harmful for one's own mental peace? And when we talk about these kind of addictions, we realize, that it's not that difficult to get rid of them if we put our mind to it but, it's our heart that doesn't allow us to do so.
