A Voice from Norway is a dual language poetry book written side by side in Norwegian and English. Author Ottar Løvoll was born and grew up on a small mountain farm in the western part of Norway. Many of the poems are inspired by life on the farm, the fjords and surrounding mountains, and the duality of nature and our emotions. The adjoining photos were taken in the Ørsta community, where both Løvoll and the photographer, Grethe Bjørdalsbakke, live today.
