This book is a reflection and reminder of how we all can achieve through it all. If it can happen for me it can happen for you. I wanted to share a little of my personal life with you, the good and the bad. How my parents taught me how to overcome obstacles and hurdles. As a little Black girl from Alabama, how I found my way with determination and learned wisdom, along with my faith in God. All of these lessons, helped me to keep pushing on. I had to open doors and move barriers in fashion and the design world. I found my way out of the darkness. You can do the same if you push ahead and never quit.
