This book deals with the evaluation of people with disabilities in organizations. We know that it is a challenge for companies to include these people in the workplace, as well as discussing how to act to integrate them. The aim of this work is to evaluate an inclusion program in a company, a project that involves accessibility, overcoming, adapting to the work environment, the importance of valuing the disabled, including and integrating people with disabilities into the units. This book tells of the author's experience in an organization, facing real day-to-day problems and finding solutions to validate the importance of developing a program for this audience.
