Boyd ist schon mit seinem früheren Werk voll auf der Höhe. Entwirft Personen die wir gleich zu kennen glauben und Szenen in denen wir mitfiebern. Einzig, das Eintauchen in die Fettnäpfchen, die sich dem Protagonisten stellen ist mir manchmal etwas schwer erträglich. Deshalb nur vier Sterne.
