Employment of Persons with Autism

Focusing on employment conditions for individuals on the autism spectrum, this scoping review explores key aspects such as job opportunities, barriers to employment, and strategies for workplace success. It addresses six guiding questions that provide valuable insights for various audiences. Individuals on the spectrum can discover effective strategies for workplace success, while employers and students can learn how to support these employees.
