The study investigates the impact of the Olson method of marriage enrichment training on intimacy and marital commitment among married women in Tehran. Utilizing a quasi-experimental design with a control group, it involves a sample of 30 women selected through cluster random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistics, including tests for normality and homogeneity of variances. The research aims to provide insights into the effectiveness of structured training on enhancing marital relationships.
