Synthesize Benzimidazole Derivatives Using QSAR Technique

Focusing on the design and synthesis of benzimidazole derivatives, this work employs the QSAR technique to enhance antibacterial activity. Due to the lack of three-dimensional coordinates for the receptor site, an indirect drug design approach is utilized. The study aims to identify optimal chemical group distributions to achieve desired biological effects. It includes the synthesis of new derivatives and their structural confirmation, alongside a virtual screening process to evaluate their antibacterial potential.
