Nachdem ich gerade erst einen ganzen Stapel Bücher gelesen hatte und nicht wusste, welches ich als Nächstes anfangen soll, habe ich „Die Heiratsschwindlerin“ eher zufällig aus meinem Bücherregal gezogen – ohne große Erwartungen. Umso überraschter war ich, wie schnell mich das Buch gepackt hat. Der Schreibstil ist angenehm leicht und flüssig, sodass man sofort in die Geschichte hineinkommt. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, wie spannend das Buch aufgebaut ist. Beim Lesen fiebert man ständig mit und rätselt die ganze Zeit, wie sich alles entwickeln wird. Die Geschichte nimmt immer wieder interessante Wendungen, ohne dabei übertrieben zu wirken. Für mich war es genau die richtige Mischung aus Spannung, Emotionen und Geheimnissen. Ein Buch, das sich leicht lesen lässt und einen trotzdem bis zum Ende fesselt. Definitiv eine positive Überraschung und eine klare Leseempfehlung.
