The Scar of David is a historic fiction narrative centered on a Palestinian family from Ein Hod, displaced by the newly formed State of Israel in 1948. The narrative critiques the Western portrayal of the conflict, presenting a suicide bomber as a relatable figure, an Arab girl achieving the "American Dream" yet burdened by it, and an Israeli man grappling with his identity through alcohol.
